Kurtulus is the 6-episode (6x1 hour) TV series telling the story of the Turkish War of Liberation. It covers a 4 year time period starting from the Allied invasion of the Ottoman Empire following the First World War up to the Victory of the Turkish Nationalist Movement in Ankara against the invading Greek army in Western Anatolia.
